Terminology

In accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO we present the legal basis of our data processing: Art. 6 Sect. 1 a and Art. 7 DSGVO for obtaining consent, Art. 6 Sect. 1 b DSGVO for fulfilling our services, contractual measures and to answer requests, Art. 6 Sect. 1 c DSGVO for fulfilling our legal obligations, Art. 6 Sect. 1 d DSGVO in the interest of vital interests of affected persons and Art. 6 Sect. 1 f DSGVO to protect our interests.
Cooperation with third parties
The disclosure, tranmission and access of data to other people and companies is only based on a legal permission (e.g. as in Art. 6 Sect. 1 b DSGVO), your consent, a legal obligation or our interests (e.g. web hosts).
A commission of third parties to proces data is based on Art. 28 DSGVO.
Transmission to third countries
Any processing, disclosure and transmission of data to third countries (i.e. outside of the EU or EEA) is based on contractual oligations, your consent, legal duties or our interests. Subject to legal or contractual permission, processing of data is based on Art. 44 et seq. DSGVO, i.e. special guarantees such as a comparable EU data protection (e.g. Privacy Shield in the US) or official special contractual obligations (standard contractual clauses).
Rights of affected people
You are entitled to request a confirmation of data processing, information and data copies by Art. 15 DSGVO.
You are entitled to request a completion of your data or the correction of your wrong data by Art. 16 DSGVO.
You are entitled to request the deletion of your data by Art. 17 DSGVO or a restricted processing of data by Art. 18 DSGVO.
You are entitled to request the storage of your data and the transmission to other respsonsible entities by Art. 20 DSGVO.
In addition, you are entitled to file a complaint with the corresponding authority by Art. 77 DSGVO.
Revocation of your consent to the processing of your data
You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by Art. 7 Sect. 3 DSGVO. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
Disagreement with data processing
You may diagree with the future processing of your corresponding data by Art. 21 DSGVO, especially with regards to direct marketing.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. Deletion of data

If data is not deleted the processing is restricted and data is not used for other purposes (e.g. data which is necessary for commercial or tax law reasons).
